The Fellowship Cup

Format:

• Handicapped double elimination Match Play Tournament stroking off of the low handicap each match.  Each match will be 9-holes or until there is a winner of the match.
• This is a mixed event.  One division only.
• Last season’s champion and runner-up are seeded 1 & 2.

• A (Scalped) bracket will be created if you lose a match, but you still can win it all!

• Schedule your own matches
• You will have 3 weeks to schedule and play each match.
• Handicap – Your Kanawha 9-hole handicap is now available with your GHIN number!

Rules of Play

• Yellow Penalty Areas: Holes 1, 4, 5, 7 & 8. Rule 17-1d.
• Red Penalty Areas: Holes 2, 6, 7 (right) & any tall fescue bordering the hole. Rule 17-1d.
• Out of Bounds: NONE
• #2 – If your ball enters the Red Penalty Area, you may drop your ball in the drop circle near foot bridge under penalty of one stroke. Otherwise proceed under Rule 17-1d.
• #4: If your ball enters the Yellow Penalty Area you may use the most forward tee box as a drop area under penalty of one stroke.  Otherwise proceed under Rule 17-1d.

• Tees – Men – Middle Tees

65+ – May move up one set of tees, Player’s option. (-2 strokes off your handicap)

Women – Forward Tees

Cost:

• Tournament entry
  • $45.00 per player

Payout:
100% of the entry fee will pay for trophies for Champion and Runner-Up.
