Thursday After-5 Game
Get ready for the weekend with a little competitive spirit and camaraderie with your fellow members and the pro. Thursday's beginning on April 4th there is a pick-up game available for all to enjoy weather permitting. We plan to play through October 31st. The group plays 9 holes then convenes on the porch for a drink. Games are handicapped so don't be afraid to join in the fun! A reminder to sign up to play will be sent on Monday each week.
Fall Cross Country/Oyster Roast
It is that time of year to be thinking about getting a team of 3 together to play in one of our more popular events. You are welcome to form your team with 2 guests as always! The format is 9 holes of low net better ball of your threesome and then you will play a captain’s choice format navigating your way around a 6 hole cross country routing that always proves to be fun and challenging. Last Day Blitz
Plan to get together with your fellow members at Kanawha one last time in 2022 for a little competition and camaraderie! On Sunday, December 4th (last day of the season) we will have fun yet challenging pin locations and will play an individual net stableford points game. Your handicap will be converted to a Kanawha 9 hole handicap. Points are awarded for a net score as follows: Bogey (1 pt.), Par (2 pts.), Birdie (3 pts.), Eagle (4 pts.) and a net 0 (5 pts.) which would occur if you make a hole in one on a stroke hole. Pro/Ladies Play on Monday
Ladies, come out and play with Lance on Monday mornings at 10:00 am during the spring. When it turns hot, we move it up to 9:00 am. This is a great opportunity to play a leisurely 9-holes with Lance and some of your fellow lady members. Low stress! Lance will offer strategy tips on and around the greens to help you improve your scoring. A reminder email will be sent a few days before each Monday to sign up.

Masters Golf, Pizza & Draft
5:00 pm Tee Time (shotgun start) 2 person teams will play nine holes of net best ball, enjoy pizza and drinks followed by the draft. You and your partner along with the other 2-person teams will select players from the provided 2025 Masters roster to create your team of professionals competing at Augusta. Your 2-person team net score will determine the picking order for when you choose your players. Low score picks first. The draft will be facilitated by the golf professional in the clubhouse utilizing the large screen TV for viewing the spreadsheet. The cost is $25 per person
